¡Bienvenido a Runawise! Estos Términos de Servicio ("Términos") rigen el uso de la aplicación móvil y el sitio web de Runawise. Al acceder o utilizar nuestros servicios, usted acepta estar sujeto a estos Términos.

1. Aceptación de los Términos
Al crear una cuenta o utilizar Runawise, usted acepta cumplir con estos Términos. Si no está de acuerdo, le rogamos que no utilice nuestros servicios.

2. Cuentas de usuario
Usted es responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de las credenciales de su cuenta. Acepta notificarnos de inmediato cualquier uso no autorizado de su cuenta.

3. Uso de los servicios
Runawise es una herramienta de planificación de viajes. Usted acepta usar la aplicación únicamente con fines legales y de acuerdo con estos Términos. No debe utilizar la aplicación para:
- Violar leyes o regulaciones
- Infringir los derechos de terceros
- Distribuir malware o contenido dañino

4. Propiedad del contenido
Usted conserva la propiedad del contenido que crea (viajes, itinerarios, fotos). Al subir contenido, otorga a Runawise una licencia para almacenar y mostrar dicho contenido con el fin de proporcionar el servicio.

5. Cancelación
Nos reservamos el derecho de suspender o cancelar su cuenta en cualquier momento por violación de estos Términos o por cualquier otro motivo.

6. Exclusión de garantías
Runawise se proporciona "tal cual" sin garantías de ningún tipo. No garantizamos que la aplicación esté libre de errores o que funcione sin interrupciones.

7. Limitación de responsabilidad
En ningún caso Runawise será responsable de daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes derivados del uso de nuestros servicios.

Welcome to Runawise! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Runawise mobile application and website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
